Trouble shooting    My iPhine 16GB model A1303 does not show caller's name (whose names are in the contact list incuding phone nos.) only shows nos. As a result I cannot identify them. Please advice.---Arun

Reset your A1303 to manufacturing settings. It will reinitialize your phone and calle name should work once more.
