Just sharing.

*Connect the iphone to dock
*Double click on the iTunes icon
*Scroll on the left bar that shows your playlists, library, etc.
*Click on iPhone under devices
*Click the music tab
*Sync music box if not already checked and click on your preferred playlists
*Click selected playlist
*Click Apply then sync

And you're done. Hope I didn't miss a thing.
